This 6-week program bridges the gap between Aerial Beginners 2 and our more advanced classes, helping you transition from individual poses to fluid sequences.

In this course, you'll learn to create a complete, flowing routine. Each week, we'll teach you small, manageable combinations that build on each other, leading to a beautiful, full-length sequence. You'll practice engaging techniques like Thigh Bind, Inward Hook, Aerial Knot, and Crossback, connecting them smoothly.

Unlike our earlier beginner courses, where you learn separate skills, Aerial Beginners Flow focuses on linking moves together. This approach boosts your creativity and body awareness in the air. Our small class sizes ensure you get the personal attention needed to perfect your flow and build confidence.
